COVID-19 Update

We wanted to touch on the current COVID-19 situation. We gave serious thought to postponing our launch and after much deliberation we decided to move forward.

We believe it's important to launch as planned and offer you our products now, especially seeing we are to minimise our time outside the home. This will still allow you to continue a somewhat normal life as we can and still find joy in this uncertain time. If you're going to be stuck inside, why not indulge in a spa like treatment without ever having to leave the house? And we all love that excitement of a parcel arriving at the door.

What have we done to ensure this is the right decision?

We have spoken with our delivery partners (Aus Post) and they have assured us they will be operating as normal. Therefore, your parcels will still be on the way in a swift manner. While it is frustrating, we please ask that you exercise some patience in receiving your delivery as we may experience minor delays due to the current situation. We have also opted for a no signature required option at this stage to ensure you can receive your products and continue your social distancing and self-isolation as required.

It's also important to note that we are taking extra measures to ensure your products and packaging are thoroughly cleaned before shipping. This includes (to name a few) wiping all products/packaging down with anti-bacterial wipes, wearing gloves when handling orders and thoroughly cleaning the packing station from top to bottom at the beginning and end of each shift.

At the end of the day, there is no reason you should neglect your skincare regime, nor should we neglect our obligation to get the best products possible to you. More than ever, it's important we take care of ourselves and appreciate the simpler things in life. So sit back and relax (like you have a choice) and wait for your Australian made, Vegan, Cruelty Free, Natural and Organic products to arrive.
